- Virtual Template Confirmation Supplier returns 3D mockup within 24 hours to confirm LOGO size, position, and orientation.
- Pre-production Samples 1–2 pieces with actual coated color and screen-printed LOGO; lead time 7–10 working days. Sample fee charged at unit cost and deducted from the mass production order.
- Sample Approval & Filing Both parties sign the sample approval card; mass production will be arbitrated against approved samples.
Tiered MOQ
- Existing mold + single-color silk screen: 500 pcs per design
- Existing mold + spot-color coating: 1000 pcs per color
- New mold or new structure: 5000 pcs minimum, plus mold cost and T/T scheduling
Payment Terms
- 30% deposit upon signing
- 70% balance before shipment or against copy of bill of lading

Inspection Standard
General AQL 2.5 sampling. Full carton deductions apply for: printing defects, coating orange peel, mouth burrs, and failed vacuum insulation (less than 60℃ after 6 hours).
4. Three Commonly Overlooked Rules for Buyers
- The silk screen ink layer does not affect the vacuum layer, but positioning fixtures depend on bottle roundness. If bottle body stretching causes out‑of‑tolerance ovality, printing will shift. The contract must specify: bottle roundness tol
- erance ≤ 0.3mm.
- Risk of “same color, different oven batches” in spot-color coating: slight color difference may occur if the same Pantone color is cured in separate ovens. For repeat orders, the original approved color sample must be referenced, not just the color number.
- Process sequence of LOGO vs. coating: Standard process: Bottle forming → surface pretreatment → powder coating / curing → LOGO silk screen → low-temperature ink curing (no impact on vacuum) → assembly.
